Description

Automation systems are being extensively used in almost all industries for regulatory and sequential control, safety and Enterprise resource planning to remain competitive in the global marketplace. Although technology has gone leaps and bounds in automation, design and engineering remain fundamental to the success of any automation project. The course covers the following minimum contents -

• Role of automation
• Specifications and hardware selection
• Documentation related to URS and FDS
• Control panel and field wiring diagrams
• Installation and commissioning practice
